wCLAWD holder faucet

This staged faucet will distribute pre-funded wCLAWD to wallets that hold Solana $CLAWD (8cHzQH…) after treasury funding and production cutover readiness. Payout is 1:1 human units up to configured caps from a pre-funded treasury — same token as the bridge (0xb4f5B98a6DF552e9842092afD82b3427BA74Ea93). Hold Solana $CLAWD and claim a 1:1 drop of existing wCLAWD on Robinhood Chain (capped, once per wallet, from pre-funded inventory). You must sign with your Solana key so only you can claim for that wallet. This is not a new token deploy — same hardened contract as the bridge. Full uncapped convert remains the bridge. The vNext faucet is currently staged and remains disabled until its treasury inventory and bridge cutover are ready.
